These rules apply to every GlobeNest stay. Property-specific details shown on the listing page and reservation confirmation also form part of your booking.

The primary guest must be 25 or older and complete identity verification.

Complete the guest portal and sign the rental agreement before receiving access details.

Please keep noise low from 9:00 PM to 10:00 AM.

Read Guest PoliciesArrival and departure
Check-in and checkout times are shown on each property's page and reservation confirmation. Guests must tell GlobeNest their expected arrival time in advance. Early arrival and late checkout are subject to availability and may involve an additional charge.
Identity and payment verification
The primary guest must be at least 25 years old. A valid government-issued photo ID and the payment card used for the reservation may be required for verification. The primary guest must complete GlobeNest's pre-check-in process before access details are released.
Rental agreement and damage protection
The primary guest must electronically sign the rental agreement and choose either the $20 per-night damage waiver or a refundable $250 security deposit. When there is no damage, the security deposit is fully refundable and the authorization hold is released within 7 business days after checkout, depending on the guest's payment method and financial institution.
Registered guests and occupancy
All guests must be included in the reservation, and the property's maximum occupancy must not be exceeded. Special requests are subject to availability and may involve additional charges.
Children and sleeping arrangements
Children of all ages are welcome. Add the number and ages of children when booking so the occupancy information is accurate. Cribs and extra beds are not provided unless the individual property page or reservation confirmation states otherwise.
Smoking, parties and quiet hours
Smoking and vaping inside the property are prohibited. Parties, events and bachelor or bachelorette gatherings are not allowed. Quiet hours are from 9:00 PM to 10:00 AM.
Pets
Pets are not allowed at GlobeNest properties. Service animals are accommodated in accordance with applicable law.
Cancellation and prepayment
All GlobeNest reservation payments are non-refundable. Guests should review their stay details carefully before booking. This does not affect any refund required by applicable law. The refundable $250 security deposit is separate from reservation payments and remains refundable when there is no damage.
